VAIO P P39VRL not loading from USB

Hello!

I have a problem here.
I wanted to reinstall OS and created boot usb. It worked well on my other notebook. But vaio not loading - its just stuck on first screen where "VAIO" and H2Bios printed.
Options in bios to boot from external turned on and removable devise set to first in boot sequence.

Can someone help me to figure out whats wrong?
Maybe, particular usb stick not ok? Its kingston datatravel 16.

Definately try another USB stick - my 1st gen VAIO p hangs booting from certain brands.

Indeed, when i try another USB, while another program to create boot disk, everithing worked fine (but i dont know, is it another usb stick helped, or another soft).

Mine also had issue with a 20GB 1.8" hard disk (USB powered), so I suspect it may be a power issue. Also I was messing around with an OSX86 install on my Vaio P when I encountered problems with USB boot, so it could also be the formatting option install to the drive(s), as you noted.
